That is the role of each of bump’s project managers. Through their technical expertise and knowledge of the business, they give each customer the right TELEFLEET installation guidance. This makes it possible to capitalize on experience common to all projects, to adapt TELEFLEET constantly to a project’s specific needs, and to benefit from project oversight by the same person from start to finish.

The TELEFLEET-dedicated bump team’s multidisciplinarity enables us to cover all our customers’ geolocation project expectations:
- In-house parameterization and on-site installation
- On-site training in the use of TELEFLEET products
- Technical support and
bump can also assist from afar via an online maintenance system. The aim is to ensure rapid trouble-shooting and intervention.
To provide customer service that is beyond reproach, bump undertakes to provide the following:
- A one-year warrantee on parts and labour, including travel.
- An additional (optional) long-term warrantee.
- A detailed assembly instruction sheet accompanied by an assembly certificate.
- Advanced technical training for the shop foreman plus a module left on deposit.
- Free disassembly for all same-day transfers done on the same site.
